Exploding oven door

My oven door has just exploded. On Christmas eve! This appears to be a common problem with samsung ovens. Have gone on webchat and await an engineer though I dont hold any hope of that happening anytime soon. Totally appalled, and not the first issue with the oven. Not fit for purpose.

Was it the inside glass or the outside glass as oven doors no longer have a single sheet of glass.

That's a common problem , I'm surprised Samsung don't do a recall

Same just happened with our Samsung oven door model NE63A6111/AA. Only been using for 6 weeks. Obviously a serious manufacturing defect which poses a physical danger to anyone that has bought this product.  How many other ovens have the same problem?

Samsung what can you do to resolve this issue pls?

My oven inner door has just exploded again. Second time in 2 years. Damaged floor and rug too. I may take this to trading standards as totally unfit for purpose and dangerous
