I returned a washing machine, because it was delivered without 3 parts (caps) to the back and didn’t drain properly. I then purchased a fridge freezer to find later there were two holes in the flame proof back, that looked deliberately made & had been concealed with a sticker of the same colour. Engineers attended, it was agreed the appliance would be replaced. That arrived damaged. I’m now almost a week without any appliance and each time I contact them no one will give me a clear idea on when I’ll get a replacement. I’m keen to know if this is how Samsung typically operate? If anyone has any suggestions on how I might push them so I can have somewhere to store my food again, I’d appreciate it!
