I purchased a Samsung smart electric range and the cooktop and stove stopped working after 3 weeks of use.  The appliance repair shop Samsung assigned me to ordered 5 parts for the repair.  Three of the parts are back ordered and Samsung has no idea when they will be available.  They refuse to replace the stove or provide any idea of when the parts will be available for the repair.  The stove is 2 months old.  What do we do now?
