@bindi: Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Can you confirm if you're on a particular cycle when the noise occurs, or if any error codes are visible on the display? If you pull the washing machine forward to access the back of the machine, can you check to see if the hoses are correctly clipped to the back, and aren't banging on the machine while it's in use?
