I bought this washer/dryer in 2019 so it isn’t old. It has always been a bit temperamental but now is stuck on a dry cycle. Managed to get the door open so it is now empty but it is stuck on dry. Child lock is on but it doesn’t reset by pressing the two buttons and switching it on and off does not work either. None of the buttons press because of the child lock. I’ve tried pressing start to let it dry nothing but it doesn’t work. I’m ready to get rid of it and get a new non Samsung model instead.
