Ecobubble washer dryer WD80J6A10AW is not drying

We recently had to have the drum replaced on our #ecobubble #washerdryer machine and it has now stopped drying the clothes. It gets them a bit less damp, and there's water left in the rubber lining. The phone line triage team is sending round in loops and I've now spent nearly 2 hours trying to get someone to just book me an engineer.
