ecobubble door doesn't click shut

Just wondering if anyone else experienced this issue with the ecobubble washing machine. The door doesn't click shut and can be opened without pressing the lever inside the handle. Its so easy to open that a toddler could easily open it when not in operation. Thoughts?

That doesn't sound right! When and where did you buy your Washing Machine? Could we take the full model code please? You can find this on a label on the inside of the door.

Yup I had to send it back and get a replacement
