Eco Bubble WW80M6450PM/EU Drain/Spin cycle keeps resetting.

Hi all,

Our just over 2 year Eco Bubble has started malfunctioning by having the Drain/Spin cycle resetting it's timer back up to 13 minutes when it gets down to about 8 minutes. It also skips a whole minute sometimes during this. 

So far I've

- unplugged it for 5 mins and then plugged it all back in.

- re-calibrated the drum.

- cleaned the pump filter.

Anything else worth trying to solve this?

Do you still have warranty
On the washing machine

If still have warranty

Check the outlet hose is not squashed or kinked, there's no drain blockage outside too
