My eco bubble washing machine makes loud noises during cycles. The drum completely stopped earlier and I had to turn machine off and on again and re start. It then completed the wash but still made the same noise. I took a video which I’ll upload.
I called an engineer out Dec 2019 and they replaced the pump but it sounds similar to the noises it was making then.
the video shows the sound when the drum was stuck, and this is the same noise that occurs during all cycles.
