Eco bubble washing machine drum not moving

Hello

My eco bubble washing machine the drum won't move at all and after so long the machine just turns itself of 

Tried turning the drum by hand and it won't move 

Any advice on what I can do to fix the problem thanks

You'll need an engineer to fix that. Hope it's under warranty still
