We've had our Washer Dryer WD90J6A10AX for about 4 months.
We have mainly used the full Smart wash dry and clothes always come out perfectly dry and warm.
However now we are seeing clothes remain damp on finish. Wet really, where we need to air dry before folding. Even if we add extra dry time of 30 - 60 mins after full cycle.
We have checked water pumps/valves on front small door, and all clear and clean.
Also, in a bid to resolve we tried to set up smart care but the instructions to turn on smart setting by holding 2 buttons simultaneously is not working either!
Any advice please Samsung?
