Purchased my Ecobubble in Mid April. It started playing up in August but kept trying different cycles to get it to work, but by October I had had enough. The company Samsung sent CPP were good but not a big company. It took a month to get it repaired. They ordered a new Motherboard came out to fit it but it hadn't been programmed, it took another two weeks. Samsung did not want to know when I asked for my money back.
