I have had an issue for about 7 months, eco bubble washing machine (4yrs old) is not heating at all, replaced the heating element, still not heating.
Called customer services to complain, they asked how would know it’s not heating, I said if it’s on 90 degree washing you would at least feel the glass being warm, they advised that I wouldn’t, going around in circles.
