Eco bubble controls inresponsive

My eco bubble won't allow me to change any settings and is stuck on the last wash cycle. Red lock with smiling face just blinks. I tried turning it off and on and cleaning the drainage part.. Any ideas please

yes - sounds like child lock is on - depending on your model number of machine you normally have to press 2 buttons on the front display panel at same time for 3 seconds to disable the child lock
