Eco Bubble 9kg endless wash

Hi I got an EcoBubble 9kg 

i start a cycle looks it working but reduces very slowly 15mins takes more than 30mins actually never waited till end, switched it off. machine looks weak didn't see strong spins. no error code. please assist. no error code

is it having trouble balancing the load for  a spin? - that will definitely extend the time to end
