My mum has this washing machine and she starts the machine and the water starts to come in the machine  then it just stops  no error code if she pauses then un pauses it does the same then stops . Any idea at all?

Thanks for that! Is your machine directly plugged into the wall with no extension cable or timer between it and the socket? If so, please test the electrical socket by plugging in a different appliance or device and check if it works correctly.

Ok! It is possible that one of your hoses has become kinked and there is no water getting into the machine. Check the water inlet hoses behind the machine, straighten out the pipes and make sure nothing kinks or squeezes them when you push the machine back into place. Is the machine working correctly now?

Hi no the  horses are all fine she has checked all the filters and  checked inlet and outlets for an blockages or anything but still the same and no error coming up
