DV90H8000WH heat pump dryer not working at all

I have the DV90H8000WH working well for a few years but suddenly it has stopped. It has power, enters the nominated programme and then does nothing. No error codes. Nothing.

It sounds like it is filling with water - much like a washing machine. But there is no water in the tank, and no spinning of the drum. The drum itself can be turned (albeit a bit stiff).

I have tried cleaning all the filters and emptying the water. But no joy.

Any help appreciated.
