My dual oven keeps turning itself on any suggestions

What's the model code of your Oven? This should be on a label possibly at the back of the oven or on the side of the door.

can anyone help I have the dual cooker it keeps turning off when using the oven we have had a engineer out he says even if he changes the mother board it will keep happening I have to put a towel under my cooker as it leaks over the floor
