Hi, I bough a dual cook oven, unfortinatelly my kitchen was late for almost 1 month and I didn't unpack it till the kitchen arrives since I was afraid that I could damage it in the meantime. Later exacly 1 month after I bouth it, I embedeed it and saw that the upper and lover glass is complety uneven.
Samsung want accept my claims for repacement they can offer me only an repair for it.
Any advices ?

I got into the contact with Samsung support, and they offerd to me to send a new front door/glass. So waiting for it to arrive (bdw I didn't get any tracking number), so I can replace it.
It is a shame that a new Samsung oven has such a problem, would not have expected it. Is there no quality controll for the devices before they are packed ?
Hi, so at the end the replaced door didn't fit, conclusion of the service man that the whole oven has out of shape and the new door doesn't fit . At the end Samsung offered a replacement device, and that arrived at the end, and I had to install it by my self.
At first instance the replacement device was ok, at least it looked ok. But during cooking this on also close properly, the previous one the door was bad visually but it did seal properly. On the new one, everything looks ok , but steam is leaking all over the place as it can be seen in the images and the video. Now I have to go through the compliment process again.
