Hello

Bought this brand new and fitted in new kitchen

We can turn the oven on and all is well but it does not turn off. We are doing as it says in the manual ( touch and hold start button) but not working. We are currently turning it off from the mains. 

please advise

@balram: I've had a look into this for you, and I can't find an alternate means of powering off the oven other than what you've tried, although it does say to press and hold the Power button for 1 second. With this in mind, try releasing the button after a second or 2 to see if this helps.
