I ordered the jetbot ai vacuum from them on March 25, 2023. They did not deliver item, tracking shows it returned to their warehouse due to a hazardous label. I've contacted them multiple times, showed them all the documentation, their website tracking even shows it was returned to sender, delivered to the warehouse. Samsung or support is refusing to refund my money or send the product. They keep requiring a police report, finally I went down and got one but they won't accept it. They are trying to make it as hard as possible for me to get a refund.
You can't trust them to deliver your order or deliver good customer service. Don't make the same mistake I did! Don't order anything from Samsung.

As you are currently through to the EU Community website, I am sadly unable to escalate this for you, as you are based in the US. While I appreciate that you have been in touch previously, I strongly recommend that you continue to liaise with Samsung Support in your region, as they are best placed to get this resolved for you. This might involve an internal investigation, which could take some time, however I am confident that you will be able to reach a resolution.
