Huge disappointment, both my Samsung fridge and Ecobubble washer dryer broke within weeks of each other. The customer care team refused to help as it was outside of the 2 year warranty (I too am someone that fell for the 10 year warranty scam) my argument is, for such “luxury goods” they should not be breaking within 3 years, especially as they were more than £1500.
I will not buy from Samsung again, cheap quality useless products, only good for max 2-3 years and then you’ll be hit by expensive repair bills.
AVOID, it’s really not worth it!
