I bought a standard integrated dishwasher 4 months ago and the drain cycle which should come on at the end of the programme, doesn't happen. Instead I have to hold down the power button and the start button for 10 seconds , then a 60 seconds cycle light comes on then I close the door for the draining to occur. This is obviously not now a dishwasher should work.
I spent 4.5 hours yesterday trying desperately to get an engineer to come and fix the machine but I couldn't get pass the HORRIBLE MANILLA Agents that failed to listen, couldn't speak English properly and were EXTREMELY rude and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I tried 6 times speaking to 6 agents and ALL were the same. It is a NIGHTMARE AND I am desperate for help. Please can someone assist me in getting an engineer out.
SAMSUNG need to review the use of such agents as their support staff because the experience as been truly disgusting and intimidating. And the waiting times to get through is shocking. I was waiting over 45mins for the call to be answered
I'm sorry to hear about your experience so far, Alan, and it's absolutely not our intention to come across as rude or unprofessional. I will feed this back to that team for you! For the fastest resolution, I'd recommend dropping our Social Media Team a message via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram as they'd be able to assist with this by arranging a callback from our Product Specialist Team, who would then arrange the engineer inspection for you. Let me know how you get on with them!
