I have an American style refrigerator which has a water supply line feeding the ice maker and the colder water.
The refrigerator has been installed for about 6 years, however recently I have been noticing that every so often there will be some dirty/green looking ice. I recently disinfected the freezer and regularly change the water filters (every 6 months) and yet still the ice maker produces green ice. All I can think of is flushing the water supply line but with the line so small I am not sure how that would be even possible.
Any advice?

Hey @Dagenham_Dave, the water lines can be sanitised by a local water specialist. A water softener installer should be able to offer this service for a fee. This is not routinely required, but it may help if the ice has a particularly bad taste or an unfamiliar colour. You can also get in touch with the Home Appliances team for further feedback on this via Live Chat or at 0333 000 0333.
