Detergent drawer don't hold liquid detergent in Samsung WW85T504DAE 8.5kg front door washing machine

Detergent drawer is not able to hold liquid detergent in main wash compartment of detergent drawer and leaks all during prewash cycle leaving no detergent for Main wash cycle when prewash function is used.

Tech visited and said there is no solution for this and this issue in all range of product from function leaving pre-wash function to be useless for samsung product.

is it the case for all of us??

no, I cannot see technically how the middle compartment (which is there to manually add detergent or softener) could hold the liquid and release it just at the right time. Other manufacturers have overcome this by including 2 compartments in their soap drawer as well as the auto dose compartments .. but even then the 2 seperate compartments would only hold the detergent for the main wash and softener and not a 3rd compartment for the pre-wash.

It looks like the only way you can use pre-wash on these samsung washing machines with auto-dose is just that, that you have use the auto-dose compartments.
