dC1 error in my washer machine

I have an error with my washer machine that it's  2 years old only ! 

It gives " dC1 " error message, with the door locking and unlocking then stop the cycle!

Please advice how to fix this problem.

Could we take the model code of your Washing Machine please? You can find this on a label on the inside of the door.

Hi

I have this error but the door does not unlock at all. I tried unplugging and it still shows this error when I turn on then off with power button on front of machine. I cannot empty the load. I did try taking the filter out to empty the water but no success.

Please can you help?
