Crappy microwave

In June 2021 we paid £254 for a fancy Samsung microwave.  We didn't get the extended warranty,  it's a microwave what's going to go wrong ?

So here we are in September 20222 and it's knackered.  Most of the buttons don't work. 

Took it back to Curry's who despite being responsible (the retailer) handed it off to Samsung who stated that it was outside the 12 month warranty and there was nothing they could do. (Cheers).

£254!! Therefore Samsung microwaves have  a determined life of 15 months.

I should expect a microwave oven to last a lot longer than 13/14 months. Also, try getting in touch with your local Trading Standards.

Curry's are pathetic and their tech team are a bunch of muppets , your better of buying a microwave from car boot sale, it will probably last longer
