It suddenly stopped using Auto softener and there is an indicator that is lit above it that I have not seen beforeI tried cleaning and changing softener but no luckAny tips?Thank you

Hello and thank you for respons @AndrewL Here is a picture of the indicator, it stays on all the time. I am guessing it has something to do with the softener?Indicator:
