I had placed an order for 6 items of Samsung Home Appliances under my Samsung Membership account but later I realised on checkout the items were booked using a Guest Account. I realised this only after few days of placing the order as the items were not listed in my account. Today the Customer age
I contacted Samsung Customer Service / Technical services and been chasing them for about 2 weeks, and nobody seems to be able to help resolve the issue. The order was made under the same name, email-id, and postal address.
The Customer services advices me to return the items and rebook them again. I feel this advise is bizarre , instead of making an amendment in the system, they asking me to return the products.
Since the products are not list under my account, I'll miss out on all the reward points etc.
I hope somebody sensible will handle this case and resolve it.

I understand your frustration, but it's not possible to make this change on our systems.
