I purchased a Samsung air conditioning unit in Sept 2019. In Sept 2022 it stopped working. I have now been informed that it is uneconomical to repair! Of course the warranty had just run out by the time I reported the fault. I am absolutely fuming, this is an expensive piece of equipment, I had it serviced regularly, for it to last only 3 years is totally unacceptable. I will never purchase Samsung again.
I would like you to give me some compensation for this, I don't think its unreasonable for me to expect a product costing £1000 to last more than 3 years.
