Hi, I got a new WW90TA046 AX/EU ecobubble washing machine and one of the trades in the house took a lump out of the front metal panel (dent and big scratch) which is annoying to look at. I would like to at least paint in the scratch so it is not so noticable - how do i get a paint code or buy a touch up paint pack for Inox? having spend over 1 hour 20 mins on chat and then on the phone i am still not closer to getting an answer from Samsung support - other than to pay for an engineer to visit, who wont be able to fit it.
Also why do two machines (WW90 washing machine and WW80 dryer) with the same front panel have different shades of silver colour - i ordered both silver colour to match and they colour on the metal panels and the plastic panels are 4 different shades of silver.....
