Changer ampoule RL38ECSW

In my fridge, I need to change light.

Fridge label shows RL38ECSW and DA99-01219N.

1- how can I remove the light hood?

2- what is the bulb type? Standard incandescent E27 bulb (Ampoule 28w e27 )

Hi @Tdani, I've had a look at the user manual for your model, and it does advise you to contact an Approved Support Centre to help you arrange this as unauthorised work can affect the warranty if something isn't done correctly.
