Cashback for Fridge\Freezer

I bought model RB36T672CSA/EU on 4 November 2020 in the UK and registered it. There was a £100 cashback on this model and a further £100 towards extending the warranty for which I'd paid £120. I was given a couple of phone numbers to ring you by John Lewis from whom we bought this but neither number works.

How can I arrange this?
