I recently purchased a Samsung Washing Machine from Argos with a £50 cashback promotion. It informed me that after 30 days I could claim. I have had my claim rejected as the serial number is not on the receipt (I can provide a photo of the serial number on the machine). I feel like they are asking for the impossible, how many sellers state the serial number on the receipt. The receipt shows the date of purchase, price and model number. I have tried emailing but the reply was just generic and didn't answer my question. I purchased the machine due to Samsung's reputation and the promotion which I now feel is a con and almost impossible to apply for.
