My Samsung WF16J6500EV/EU developed a leak a few months ago. A local technician determined that it was a cracked hose. He could not obtain the replacement part. I placed a service order with Samsung and heard nothing after the initial confirmation email was sent. Some weeks later I 'tracked' the repair order and was informed that it had been 'Cancelled'. I contacted Samsung through Chat and asked why. I was told to put in another repair request and did. Again, two weeks later I have heard nothing. I have attempted to 'Track' the new (2cnd) repair order and the screen hangs after I hit the submit button. Is this Samsung's way of telling me that they don't want to support my machine any more?
