I have this oven and over the past few months it has not been cooking properly, as if the temperature is not getting high enough. When checking it with a thermometer it is about 20% cooler than it should be i.e (150*C when it should be 180*C) even after a long period of pre-heating. I had it sent to a repair shop who phoned the Samsung agent who apparently said that there was no repair that could be done and attributed the issue to needing a longer preheat. I understand oven accuracy can deteriorate over time and that some ovens can be re-calibrated. Can my oven be recalibrated? If so, how should I go about doing it? Thanks for your help.

Hi @pjb1
Reading through the user manual, there doesn't seem to be a calibration option as such. If you feel the oven is not working as it should, we would suggest contacting a Samsung approved Service Centre.
