Can't register for 5 year warranty

I bought 5 items from samsung . But i cant register for 5 year warranty.

When i entry informations. I get a warning on my screen. Warning is please write a review. After I wrote my view and approve my comment, the page returns to the beginning. Even though I tried 15 times, I can't get results.

Hi @Bur34, have you tried using a different browser or device to register this warranty? Also, can you make sure that the appliance you bought is eligible for the 5-year warranty? If the appliance was purchased in the UK, the eligible model number will be listed here
