Can't increase suction from min to mid/max on jet70

I recently bought a Samsung z70 vacuum cleaner. First month was fine ,however, now I can't increase the power of the suction from min to mid/max. 

Has anyone encountered this issue previously and found a solution to the problem? 

No warning messages on display, have cleaned the filter

@Adarsh Bhulani : Although I appreciate that you may have tried this already, please try pressing the Power button on the handle to power off the vacuum cleaner, then power it back on and tap the '+' symbol below the power button to increase the suction. If this doesn't work, please can you confirm if you have assembled and connected the Wet Brush, or if the display is currently showing that the appliance is in Wet Mode, as it is not possible to adjust the suction power while this feature is active.

Really appreciate your quick response. 

Have tried the plus thing- doesn't change anything, and not in wet mode/ wet brush. 

However, if I keep pressing the plus constantly, it goes to mid mode when pressed and then goes back to min.
