Hey @samsam17! 

You'll need to select Single Mode on the Divider Mode. This has the full black square and is number 3 on the oven function. You can find more info in the manual here on page 14.

We've just moved into a house with this over but it doesn;t seem to be getting hot enough - I can put my arm into the overn when it's supposed to be 190!  Never used a convection or dual over before - I've followed the manual but still no joy - can anyone help?
