Been told I have to get an engineer to reverse door

Hello,

I purchased a freezer RZ32C7BD6WW-EU  and after removing hinge and standing foot, I found out there is no corresponding holes on the other side.

I was informed that a trained engineer would have to mount the door for me.

Is this true or do I have a defect?

btw the site states it is reversable

You will probably find that it needs a mounting kit.
Hence probably why an engineer is needed to fit it

I'm not too sure, the manual doesn't look like it.

Is the existing mounting kit reversible, i.e can you remove and use on the other side

And check if there are parts online to change the door over

Yes, the parts are reversible, but the mounting holes are not there to attach them.
