I have a new Family Hub f/f. I'm in the UK, model is RS68N8941.
My husband was hoping to listen to BBC Radio 4 on the fridge (a useful selling point for me). However, the BBC will no longer licence TuneIn to offer Radio 4. I hoped he could access it via the net but it will not play on the BBC Sounds website; there are no error messages but I have tried multiple times. I can access YouTube and play video so it's not an issue with connection speed. I assume either the BBC is blocking it or the browser is missing a necessary codec or protocol. How can I contact the browser developers and/or get technical information about it?
