Hi everyone,
I have two identical Samsung Multisplit systems with the following configuration:
All indoor units are connected to SmartThings and working fine.
For the 3 indoor units of one system, I can see energy consumption data in the SmartThings app.
On the other system, the indoor units are perfectly usable in the SmartThings App, but are labeled as "not compatible" with the energy service, and I am unable to install the energy monitoring service for this system.
All devices are up to date.
The app gives me no clues on why. Any Ideas?
