I've just purchased all Samsung cooking items for my kitchen but am having trouble registering them all for the 5 year warranty. It accepted a couple of things but I still can't do the ovens and microwave, even though the model numbers are listed on there site as part of the promotion. The online chat is pretty unhelpful. Has anyone else had this issue?

No, where you have to type the first three digits in the model number box, my model number doesn't show up, but Samsung online chat has confirmed that it is definitely in the promotion. I've tried typing the whole model number in but it says it is not listed.

@Tony Barr That's odd. Could you type out the full model number you're entering, so I can try this from my side?
