I just purchased a 5.0 cubic foot Top Load Washing Machine. First, when I press the button for the Active Wash, it doesn't pour water from the built-in spout. And second, once I start a load, I cannot pause it to add another item. If I press the start/pause button, it does not pause the cycle. What's going on???
