Hi everyone, I bought a new machine machine 3 months ago from John Lewis (5 year warranty) but in the past week it has developed a horrible noise. This is prior to the drum spinning and intermittent thought a wash cycle.
Any ideas of the sound?
Just before I contact John Lewis about it.
