can someone explain why I have had to re calibrate a 30 day old washing machine. I spent the whole day Sunday trying everything to get the machine to complete a cycle, like other users have experienced with their machine.
The issue occurs on the spin cycle. Clothes are left sodden. I feel there’s an inherent fault with Samsung machines and just like your mobile phones you kept quiet about it. If I experience thiese issues again within my 100 day trail period, the machine will be returned for a European manufacturer.
other posts have mentioned issues with the mother board. My machine cost £1600, I don’t expect these issues 30 days into ownership.
please let me know why I have had to take these steps on a 30 day old machine?
