Get out for some beers 🍻 😋. Use the extra calories gained to power you through the workout. Tell yourself that the longer you workout, the more beer you can drink the weekend after 🤣👍

Drinking beer is working on your biceps. Standing up to have a wee is working on your core. Forcing yourself to get up in the morning is push ups
