Roaming clock

Hi everyone,

I would like to add one clock widget to my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5.

My brother currently lives in São Paulo, me in Paris, and I wanted to put the clock on the home screen at the time of his city, but without using the "Dual clock" widget. Is there any way for me to just add some clock widget only for his city ? I don't want to add my time, just his.
