Add Dutch language

I bought the phone because it supports smart translation. I bought the phone because it supports smart translation, but unfortunately I found out that the Dutch language is not available. 

I hope to add the language as soon as possible because I am studying and need support .

You can add the Deutsch translation.
There are plenty of Samsung Deutsch packages.
You have to look for it in the parameters and install it
