S22 will be my last product from Samsung

This phone is not even near what they advertised, months ago i posted here about how laggy this phone is about CODM specially ( but also on Instagram and some other apps) so the customer service and other people here didn't resolve the problem and they left the problem unsolved, SO I DIDN'T WASTE MY MONEY ON S23 ANYMORE. 

so let me tell you this:

You can not play CODM on this useless phone, the frame drops, it's lagging and it's get hot enough to make an egg at the back.

What i tried ?

Resetting the phone

Clearing the cache

Uninstall and reinstall the game

Updating everything from OS to the apps

Putting it on battery saving 

Reducing the game graphics and FPS 

And lots of other solutions on the internet 

They in customer service blame CODM, but me blaming the Samsung scam that they lying on their advertisement.

There two reasons for this problems:

1- the phone was a refurbished and they sold it as new

Or

2- the phone is defective but Samsung doesn't want to accept that

I feel your frustration and I can imagine how it feels when the customer support blows you off. Let me be as honest with you as possible. The S22 is for many reasons a great phone, I had the S22 Ultra before my current S23 Ultra. My experience with the S22 Ultra was that for most things its a fantastic phone. When it comes to gaming the Exynos processor inside warms up very quickly depending on what kind of game it is this process can go faster or slower. Cod Mobile has high graphics, in my opinion this processor cant handle Cod mobile properly. You have to put the graphics on the lowest values, every single setting on low and than maybe you can game for a bit with it, eventually the processor will catch up and becomes hot.. ( Dont try to game on high settings ) I had an external cooler for my S22 Ultra that I could clip on the back while running games, this kept the area on the back where the processor is icecold.

All the things you tried

are sadly not gonna change the fact that this processor is not suited for gaming.
Im in no way unsatisfied with the S22, it has a great camera and I had a blast with the phone, i really enjoyed it. Just the gaming aspect was a disapointment.
With the S23 series they used the latest Snapdragon processor and all these problems around gaming are solved. I game all the time with the S23 Ultra and there aren't any issues with lag or overheating. In fact 2 to 3 hours in my phone is not hot. Sometimes when you game on ultra high settings it gets a little warm but not hot. I also dont need an external cooler with the S23 Ultra. You could go to a store and test a game on a test S23 Ultra phone and find out for yourself that its very possible to do things on this device without it getting hot if you would want that. This is why I think your last comment about not wasting money in the future on S23 is very far away from how things actually are. You should do some research into processors, Snapdragon vs Exynos, than you find out that its a very good choice to get a S23. I hope this helped you.

Thank you for your response, yep i bought a coolong fan also which i forgot to mention , but it didn't help the lagging and crashing either, even on the lowest graphics and lowest FPS, but as i mentioned it's not only CODM, I have problem with instagram or lots of other apps that i use like Canva, Quik sometimes even the camera itself which the focus is not as fast on the object and you should get the camera far and bring it close again or try to tap on the screen several times for the Exynos to realize "oops sorry i have to focus on this object?".


I was a Samsung fan but not anymore, my Samsung TV broke just after 2 years and the fixing price was almost the same as buying new one so i bought a Philips TV, so i started thinking more critical to this brand and now this phone problems which i was thinking may solve with new updates.

Basically, this phone is a scam, Samsung is scaming European and some other countries with their useless exynos chip which they were advertising it as a high-end Chipset and etc., and they are going to continue their scam from S24 again.

So as you said this phone is just an expensive camera which you can text and call but nothing else if i get it right, which is sad

This is probably all due to that crappy chip it has. Exynos is inferior in so many ways. You would have gotten more value for your money with the s23 since it has a Snapdragon chip

Maybe, but I lost my trust in this brand.

I didn't let my friends buy Samsung anymore I think except for the camera there are way more better Android options than Samsung. (Doesn't samsung really care ? No they have their own customers and I'm no one , but i hope they leave their scams away and think about their customers)
